1. Scope of Services

Urban Automotive provides automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services, as well as related consulting and inspection offerings. All Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and technical feasibility.
We reserve the right to refuse service, modify offerings, or discontinue any aspect of our operations at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Customers are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure timely service. While we make every effort to adhere to appointment times, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to prior service delays or parts availability, may result in schedule adjustments.
Urban Automotive will communicate any changes as promptly as possible. Missed appointments or cancellations without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of management.

3. Estimates and Authorizations

All service estimates provided are based on preliminary inspections and represent the anticipated cost of parts and labor. Final costs may vary due to diagnostic findings, additional repairs, or parts pricing fluctuations.
By authorizing work verbally, electronically, or through a signed service order, the Customer grants Urban Automotive permission to perform the agreed-upon services and, where necessary, additional related repairs reasonably required for vehicle safety or performance.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for all Services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Urban Automotive accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Returned payments or chargebacks may incur administrative fees.
All unpaid balances after thirty (30) days may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

5. Refunds and Adjustments

Refunds or service adjustments are issued solely at the discretion of management, subject to the Urban Automotive Refund Policy.
Claims must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of service completion and include a valid receipt. Refunds, when approved, will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Parts and Warranties

Urban Automotive utilizes both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and high-quality aftermarket parts as appropriate.
All parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Labor warranties are provided at the discretion of Urban Automotive and apply only to the specific work performed.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or subsequent modifications by third parties.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete vehicle information.

• Removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service.

• Reporting any pre-existing issues or modifications.

• Retrieving vehicles promptly after service completion.
  Urban Automotive is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left inside vehicles.

8. Vehicle Storage and Abandonment

Vehicles left unclaimed for more than five (5) business days after completion may incur storage fees. Vehicles left unclaimed for over thirty (30) days may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with applicable state laws.

9. Liability Disclaimer

While Urban Automotive exercises reasonable care and professionalism, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or loss of time or income resulting from vehicle service or repair.
Urban Automotive’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.

10. Safety and Compliance

Urban Automotive adheres to all applicable local, state, and federal automotive service regulations. Customers are expected to comply with posted safety guidelines when present at any Urban Automotive facility.

11. Privacy and Data Use

Urban Automotive collects and stores customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy for operational, scheduling, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share personal information without consent, except as required by law or to facilitate services through trusted third-party providers.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed-upon forum, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State].

13. Modifications to Terms

Urban Automotive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
