Urban Automotive Refund Policy:
At Urban Automotive, customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we are committed to delivering exceptional automotive services that meet or exceed industry standards. In the unlikely event that a customer is dissatisfied with a service provided, Urban Automotive will evaluate the concern on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate course of action.
Refunds or service adjustments may be issued solely at the discretion of management, based on documented service records, inspection outcomes, and compliance with warranty conditions. All claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original service date, accompanied by a valid receipt.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable banking procedures. Urban Automotive reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not align with our operational policies, service terms, or standard quality control protocols.
